No returns, refunds or exchanges on Mardi Gras apparel or accessories

Mardi Gras Creations wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns of unopened, unused merchandise within 14 days of order receipt will be credited the full amount of the merchandise to the original payment method. Customer would bear the cost of shipping back the product returned. Please use an insured carrier to ship the items back.

For returns on seasonal products, such as sequin apparel, leggings, etc. a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned or exchanged orders.

MGC will not accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. If the return is not in its original packaging, a restocking fee of 50% will be applied.

Please report any merchandise shortages or defects within 48 hours of receipt of the order to mardigrascreations@icloud.com and we will do our best to rectify it for you.
