ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (custom designs require extra time). During peak Mardi Gras season processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.
We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday.
Orders shipped Standard generally arrive in 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Items shipped Priority or Express will typically arrive in 1-2 business days.
Yes - free ground shipping is available on retail orders over $100 within the United States.
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the size and destination.
Yes, tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return. All sale and clearance items are final sale. Orders placed within 30 days of Mardi Gras are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, with tags, without odors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

No - exchanges are not offered at this time.
Yes - sale items and discounted products are final sale, as well as all items purchased within 30 days of Mardi Gras.
Due to the seasonal nature of Mardi Gras, items purchased within 30 days of the holiday are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
PRODUCT & QUALITY
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and the packaging, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
No - items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused to qualify for a return.
Select styles may return, but many pieces are limited, seasonal, and/or one-of-a-kind.
WHOLESALE
Yes - Mardi Gras Creations serves retailers across the United States with a full wholesale program. Please visit the Wholesale Inquiries page to apply for an account or shop our brand on FAIRE.
Yes - all wholesale orders have a $250 order minimum as well as quantity minimums that vary by product.
No - wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.
Processing takes 1-2 days during the off season and 3-5 days during the peak Mardi Gras season (January 1st - Mardi Gras Day).

Yes - retail walk-ins are always welcome! Both our clearance and hard goods showroom and Mardi Gras showroom are open year round. During the off season we recommend calling ahead of time as our hours are subject to change.
Wholesale visits are by appointment only.
