Returns and Refunds
RETAIL
Mardi Gras Creations wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns of unopened, unused merchandise within 7 days of order receipt will be credited the to the original payment method minus a a 15% restocking fee, shipping fees cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.Mardi Gras Creations will not accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. If the return is not in its original packaging, appears to have been worn or washed, or has a lingering odor a restocking fee of 50% will be applied.
Discounted or sale items are Final Sale.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Due to the seasonal nature of Mardi Gras, items cannot be returned 30 days prior to the holiday. (i.e. if Mardi Gras is March 4th we will stop accepting returns February 2nd.)
Please report any merchandise shortages or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receipt of the order to info@mardigrascreations.com and we will do our best to rectify it for you.
WHOLESALE
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents, packing materials, photograph all damages and contact us within 48 hours after its arrival.
Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned within 10 days of receipt for inspection.

Mardi Gras Creations will not be held responsible for mistakes in shipping information or addresses entered by users/customers. Any delays in shipping, additional cost(s), loss of merchandise and/or any and all damages caused by inaccurate shipping information and/or addresses entered by users/customers is the sole responsibility of the user/customer. Mardi Gras Creations accepts no liability for third party delivery carriers and their business operations. Best efforts are made to ship orders in a timely manner but Mardi Gras Creations can not guarantee delivery dates. Mardi Gras Creations order shipments are subject to the carrier's abilities, inclement weather and other acts of God.

All orders are promptly processed. It is our goal to ship NON-PRINTED and CUSTOM (e.g. t-shirt or parasol) orders within 3 business days of the order receipt. Shipping is generally via UPS, FedEx or USPS (at Mardi Gras Creations discretion and based on shipment size). Customs, duties & brokerage fees are not included and are the customer's responsibility at time of delivery. Should bulky or excess weight affect the initial location-based calculation of your shipment in any way, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipping. Please allow adequate time for transit and customs clearance when ordering for a particular event.
We recommend that the recipient be present at the delivery location to sign for and take possession of the shipment directly from the transportation company. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or pilfered cartons left at unattended locations. If we have your e-mail address, tracking information will be sent the day your package leaves our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: Timely deliveries of product hinges on shipping carriers keeping to their posted shipping schedules. Rarely, but on occasion, deliveries are delayed due to "Acts of God", such as poor weather. If an "Act of God" is blamed by the shipping company for a delayed delivery and you miss your required in hands date, we will allow you to refuse the order (for that reason only), and offer a refund for the cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges (both directions) will not be refunded and the customer bears the cost and responsibility of shipping back the products.
WHOLESALE
Wholesale orders placed through the Mardi Gras Creations online wholesale platform are charged a flat shipping rate based on the amount of their order. For orders over $10,000 (WSP) customers will need to contact Mardi Gras Creations before order confirmation and shipment.
Wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx. Upon request, Mardi Gras Creations can ship using the recipients FedEx, UPS, or applicable shipping provider account. Please contact info@mardigrascreations.com to inquire about this option.
During the off season, Wholesale orders will be processed in 1-2 days. Due to high order volume please allow 3-5 days processing from December - March. For orders with made-or-order, printed or custom designs there will be an additional 2-3 processing days.
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment via email or customer account.
