Returns of unopened, unworn, and unused merchandise within 7 days of order receipt will be credited to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee, shipping fees cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Mardi Gras items purchased within 30 days of Mardi Gras are not eligible for return.

Discounted or sale items are Final Sale. 

Custom items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Mardi Gras Creations will not accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. If the return is not in its original packaging, appears to have been worn or washed, or has a lingering odor a restocking fee of 50% will be applied.
